Shipping policy

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. 

For orders placed with PayPal, it will take 6-8 days for payment to go through and only then can we start to process the order. 

Local deliveries are free of charge with a minimum purchase of $75 and within a 45 km radius from the company address. Calculation for radius qualification will automatically be done at checkout.

Local deliveries can take 1-4 days.

Orders are otherwise shipped through Canada Post with tracking. If you prefer another carrier, please contact us.

International orders do not include duties and taxes in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
